Today many of my single friends still look for a partner in a bar, or a club on a friday or saturday night. They find the idea of online dating to be for 'losers' - people who can get a date in the real world. Indeed many of my friends have no problem is telling others that they meet their new partner online. And interestingly these are people who a few years ago said they would never use an online dating service!
